Over charged!

I bought a round trip ticket yesterday. Today I changed the return flight. When I changed the flight the website told me that the return flight was $74 cheaper than my original return flight.When my credit card was run, I was expecting a $74 refund. Instead I was charged an additional $100. I did not change the outgoing flight.I was charged the $100 on the outgoing flight! I am a regular, loyal customer. Generally I have been very pleased with your service. However this current scenario makes me think twice about continuing to use your airline!

Expedia doesnt want to credit my ticket the passenger was unable to get on the plane due to immigration issues i explained to expedia they refused i lost the money. I think if jetblue authorized agents to sell tickets on their behalf u should tell those people its not fair almost $300 for a one way ticket. Ive been traveling for years always get credit which is vslid for a year. So why its different for expedia. Thank you

My flight was delayed on my reservation both from slc -MBj and from MBj-slc. My suitcase broke when traveling to Jamaica I have my suitcase as evidence I had no idea I could claim the damage I have jetblue a call and I received a travel credit I did not want the travel credit I was my reimbursement through my Cc used I have the receipt transaction.

In addition traveling from MBj was the worst while traveling with a toddler my flight was delayed plus I had to try reach the other flight that I missed the wheel was broker off and it was hectic to travel with my child. I went to the ticketing area where I shared my dissatisfaction and non of it was documented I spoke about my suitcase and it was not documented that day its a lot of miscommunication my hotel was booked and I was told Id be able to be at the hotel up until it was time for my flight. When I got to the hotel I was told I have to check out at 12pm. I landed 7:35pm in FLL and I sat in the airport with my daughter until 11pm trying to figure this out I had no diaper or food for her.

I went to the hotel and the driver was not helpful being that I have a baby abd my suitcase was damage cannot be pushed. The hotel has no water to make my baby formula Im being told by the front desk and that I have to walk to Walgreen by the corner with my child. I have a job that I need to be so I cant provide for my daughter and for this to happen Im pissed. I had to walk to change ticket where my daughter feel and slammed her body and who is there to help no one I had to ask a complete stranger to assist me.

The new booking was for 7:50 pm I got to the airport 2pm with my luggage and have to sit with my daughter for 9 hours I ran out of food and diapers. My baby does not eat solids she is picky and to see her fuss and cry because shes hungry breaks my heart I purchase food in the airport I was not given a food voucher until I spoke with the supervisor again a rep by the name of Givon called for a supervisor and her name is BILLY the same one I spoke with the night I missed my flight she said she made documentation on my reservation and everything will be shown. I have my receipts of the purchase ls I made at the airport and for the suitcase. I need to know what is going to happen.

Because of jetblue I have to miss work and thats unfair because time is money and I need to provide for my daughter.

I am not sure Im interested with traveling with jet blue again I have my fam coming her in September 3 adults and Ill be looking to cancel their flight. Hey blue did me tired and there is a lot of miscommunications that needs to be resolved I need a valid resolution.I got my suitcase from Ross for $64 I bought that 3 days prior to travel king to Jamaica traveling back home I had to borrow my sister suitcase which cost $120 its a Tommy Hilfiger I dont have that proof because I have not landed as yet the imagine that I uploaded is what I spent at the airport the 9 longs hours I was there with my child jetblue should have compensated and booked an additional for me to stay

My name is Gary Rock. We have recently had a daughter who lives in Birmingham, Alabama, unfortunately she was born with T21 (downs syndrome), as well as being born 9 weeks early at a weight of just 1.5 kilo.

At 6 weeks old Lily had to go through full open heart surgery to cure 2 leaking valves in her tiny heart. A further 4 weeks later Lily had a further procedure to insert a plug into one of her valves. Whilst this has been relatively successful at sometime Lily will require a further major open heart surgery. This could be tomorrow or 5 years time.

We are asking if there is any way you could help us with visiting Lily, we are both 71 years old .

Unfortunately I also have mild MS. There is no way we can financially afford to visit Lily and are absolutely terrified that things will take a turn for the worse before ever seeing our beautiful Lily who is known 8 months old.

We desperately hope you can help in any way

Expedient service once connected - limited options for seat selection when using a ticket credit.

I had a ticket credit from a previous trip and could only use it by calling in. Every time I tried, there was unreasonable delay. Through pissedconsumer, I was connected and serviced right away - offered a window seat for an additional cost. I was able to use the app to book that same window seat without an additional charge.

Displeasure with my airline of choice

I am a big fan of jetblue but have some concerns. Recently flew jetblue to Puerta Vallarta on 3/4/24 and returned on 3/25/24. Very pleasant flights but no food on a 5 1/2 hour flight is unacceptable. Also, on the return I was in row 8 and because we were the last to board, the overhead compartments were full and my carry on luggage was take at the gate. I waited one hour and 15 minutes for my suitcase. Perhaps boarding should be changed. My tickets were bought one year in advance and I was last to board.

Issue with Trueblue profile info. Initially a CS agent said I had to pay $150 to fix the details. But then I called this service and they fixed it very speedily. Im very happy with the service and would continue to use and to recommend JetBlue.

I have spent over 2 hours on this problem with JetBlue and my credit card company. This last call was about 25 minutes and was told that JetBlue couldnt resolve it and just go back to the credit card company. I will do this but think JetBlue should compensate me for all this trouble since its their fault.

People never learn not to fly these junk airlines to save a few dollars. Jet Blue, Frontier, Allegiant, Spirit are all terrible.

Stick to Delta, United, and maybe American. They treat their customers better.

Flight changed due to weather, no fee there thank you. But we had to reserve seats over and over again, resulting in multiple charges for the same seat reservation. Even after a multiple chats/phone calls confirming seats they were not held. Said I would see credits within 5-7 days. no credits so far. How do I go about getting these charges credited. Charge cards (SQ) $179 & $36. (RQ) $179 & $179. Please credit asap.

Wrongly charges and never returned to my bank they charged my visa from Chase , my Discover Bank account place some money in jet Blue Bank never returned insurance and says charges very bad services and charged 25 two times and never solved a problem .they got me with two true members did not returned
