Jetblue Airways - This company lies and is very rude

I was told my flight was delayed 10 minutes before departure. Due to bad weather. But literally watch my mother n law get on another airline 15 minutes prior going to the same exact city the so called bad weather was in. When I called jet blue the customer service guy was so rude he hung up in my face. I will never fly with this company again
