My fiancé was rushed to the hospital for an emergency operation to remove her appendix and your airline charged me not once but twice to get a credit! This is unheard of that even family and friends said thats not right to do especially since it was an emergency operation.
Then to make matters worse we just booked a flight with the credits we had and was still charged extra. We expected more from your airline since we used you all the time and are very unhappy with you and your services! This is unheard of and not right.
And we even have your credit cards which we will not be using anymore. Thanks for caring for people who get sick and cant help from traveling due to operations!
