I was buying tickets and when I changed from 2 tickets to 3, jetblue bumped the price $30 per ticket. When I called to complain, a supervisor gave a lame excuse, but no refund.
They said there were maybe 2 tickets at one price, but 3 tickets at a higher price. They "couldn't" sell 2 tickets at the lower price and one at the higher price.
All I got were apologies, but I think it's an algorithm that tells the airline when to raise the price. Jetblue has been a good airline, but now I think they're just like the other rip-off airlines.
