At the San Juan pr JetBlue we received an email saying flight 462was going to be delayed, JetBlue said the flight was delayed till a little after 12:15now the customer service dept desk is telling us the flight been delayed again till a little after 1:40.If was to change my flight to a different time I was going to be charged extra. But now it's JetBlue that needs to change the time of the flight because the planes are late.But jet blue don't offer anything for the delay but a thank you for your convenience.

Yeah !! thank you for nothing and the delay And not having a back up plan. Jet blue said you just have too wait it out.

Again thank you for the delay and the poor costumer service jet blue has. #wait it out with your kids.

All airlines have delays.all forms of public transportaion have delays.You agreed to there terms.if it was a weather delay,airport or air traffic delay no airline will compensate you.If it was in jet blues control they are pretty good at offering a small voucher or something.even though by law they dont have to.
