May 8, 2013 We were making a return trip from LA to Pittsburgh via Boston. Loading was due at 11:10 PM.

The flight prior to this was to leave at 9:40 PM to JFK. The JFK plane was delayed on runway, then brought back to a different gate. At 11:10 pm, they announced the loading of the Boston flight. They then took our plane which was going to Boston and gave it to the JFK people.

After JFK flight left, they announced that our plane was at the gate being cleaned. That was a lie, because there was no plane. We waited for three hours for a flight from New York. When we got to Boston, our connecting flight had already left.

We were told to go to Jet Blue Service Desk. They informed that we missed our connecting flight. We said, tell me something I don't know. We waited for five hours for our connecting flight to Pittsburgh and were promised compensation for their mistake.

We were supposed to receive an e mail within two days. It has been a week now and no e mail or compensation!

As it stands now, we will never fly with Jet Blue again!
