This first and last time I flight with JetBlue and SDQ airport those people there are very rude they not helpful I purchase my seat 1F they give me 4A and this lady told me she dont know anything or neither try to give me the right seat and yesterday they make me my flight by change the gate with out letting me know

Just want to reserve a wheelchair at the airport My flight is on December 26, 2024. It is to Tampa leaving New York at 3:30 from Kennedy international airport. It arrives in Tampa at 6:37 p m.

Took 6 am flight August 20 from Hartford to Ft Lauderdale. Plane arrived from SanJuan lan hour late Flight delayed an hour - deplaning and fueled.
Arrival time updated to 10:15 am. Then plane diverted to Orlando due to fuel shortage. Sat on plane with no A/C, sick passengers and crying children for over an hour waiting to be fueled. Arrived in Ft Lauderdale at 12:57 PM.
Nearly 4 HOURS late. Many missed connections!!
Worse flight ever on JetBlue. Customer service refused to resend or offer anything for poor service.

Handled quickly and efficiently over the phone after failing to do so via the website. Site kept taking me back to itinerary rather than final steps to cancel.

I changed my flight twice and Sophia was very nice and helpful.
9/26 flight cancelled due to hurricane Helene so I switched my return flight from Tampa to Orlando on Friday. But then I thought Friday could be chaotic so I switched my Orlando flight back to Tampa for a Saturday flight home.

We were scheduled for a flight on July 14 at Logan Airport, heading to Orlando, Florida, leaving at 6 o'clock. Upon arriving at the airport, we realized our flight was cancelled.
We were told we would not be able to fly out until the next day. We were heading out to Disney with Jack, our youngest child. We had tickets for the park on Monday. Due to this cancellation, we lost a day at the park.
The following day, we had to land in Fort Lauderdale instead of Orlando, wasting three hours driving to Orlando. We had to reschedule a lot of plans and were not able to visit some family that we were trying to. Therefore, I contacted the airlines for some compensation for the time we lost at the park. We were given $200, and that was it.
I have called and spoken to people, still looking for compensation, but nobody has called me regarding a refund. I will just travel with JetBlue, I have always been very happy with them.
I am not happy with the way this is being handled. Thank you for your time.

This company is awesome best in the business I've never been passed off I've never been anything but satisfied with my purchase of tickets over the phone so I don't screw anything up

We selected and paid for seats together when booking. Just notified you moved our seats apart.
To change back you say we have to pay. Not our fault.

Fight at 2:30 delayed until 8:00 they sat up in back of plane, I asked to be moved they said there will be plenty of opened seats. By the way there weren't any.
I always pay to sit in the first 8 rolls.
I sat next to 2 families with 4 screaming kids!! Not a good experience after waiting for eight hours
Travel bank credit issue
The latest person that assisted was EXCELLENT!!! The first 2 representatives that I spoke with seemed like they could care less about the difficulty I was having .. the second call the gentleman actually told me he was only going to give me another 30 seconds then hung up
