Awful service never had such bad service First trip on jet blue and my last one Will never see me again !!! My luggage was several hours in the rain Damage my clothes didnt know until I got to the hotel now they denied my claim because of over 8hours delay Beside aircraft super dirty never ever been experienced such thing $12 food voucher at jfk when water cost $6 Wi-Fi does not work on flight Screen delete

I bought a JetBlue ticket to make good use of my available True Blue points and use my AAdvantage reciprocal benefits with the company. Unfortunately for me and many others, AA and JetBlue partnership ended, and as of 7/21/23, every reservation thereafter did not include any benefits that would have previously applied as part of their agreement. However, my JetBlue reservation included my AA number and status from before that date, and even though the online system denied my the benefits, a quick chat with customer service allow me to have my two free checked bags added, and they promised me that I could also get my free premium seat by chatting with them within 24 hrs from departure. Long story short, I am surprised JetBlue fulfilled its commitment and gave me the benefits I was supposed to get from the very beginning, even after the company and AA parted ways. I thought it deserved to be shared.

What happened on the plane wasn't nice to me a lady was in my seat she got on the plane first because she was in a wheelchair I understand but she was a Stand By passage so if they would have asked me in front. I would have gave up my seat in the beginning I understand she's a old lady, she had a accident, but the change my seat and then put me all way in about a lady with niece to share her seat because she didn't want to sit by the baby. But still, it wasn't a nice film and to be on a plane on a wet seat, my husband has to sit in a wet seat. That aint and change my husband's seat. They only changed my seat. It was a nice film in. And I paid for that seat, it would have been nice if they would have called me in the beginning and ask me if the lady could sit by the window OK they put the lady on the plane froze and she was in the middle. I had the window seat and my husband had the owl seat and they put the lady in the middle, she wiped herself as she sat in the middle seat, and then she had to move to the window cause she was too big for me to climb over her. I understand she's a old lady but still, they shouldn't do something better. That's why I was a lady on the plane. Watching to see who was gonna sit in the seat with the lady.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience on JetBlue Flight 1799 on September 9, 2023. The flight was stuck on the runway for a staggering 2 hours and 30 minutes due to weather conditions, which is already frustrating. However, what truly aggravated the situation was when the pilot announced that the crew's time to fly had expired, and we had to return to the gate to get a new crew. After hours of waiting, the flight was ultimately canceled. What's infuriating is that this cancellation wasn't due to the weather but because JetBlue failed to secure a crew to operate the aircraft. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable. To add insult to injury, JetBlue offered no compensation to the passengers for the inconvenience we endured. Additionally, the supervisor never showed up at the counter to address our concerns or offer any assistance. This lack of communication and customer care is deeply disappointing. Overall, this experience with JetBlue Flight 1799 left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I would expect better from an airline of JetBlue's reputation.

You might get the $375.00 reimbursement for meals, hotel and transportation (and I think you should), but there is NO WAY on god's green earth you will get a 2k voucher (you wrote boucher, which is French for butcher). There is just no way an airline is going to do that, so just get that idea out of your mind.

You are NOT entitled to a $2000 voucher. If you cannot afford to fly, then DON"T. You are only entitled to hotel room and food, that is if you provide bills.

To whom it may concern, I recently purchased a jet blue vacation package to Jamaica from August 23rd through August 28th. Our return flight, 2356 to Newark Airport from Sangster Airport in Montego Bay. The leg of the trip back was a disaster and created high levels of anxiety and stress for me and my family. On the flight of August 28th, we were told that a family was experiencing a domestic coflict. In response, they were put off the flight. As a result of their evacuation and accessing their luggage, it further pushed our schedule back and eventually the flight was canceled. This 6:04pm flight, was pushed back several times and eventually at about 10pm, we are being placed on a bus to Negril, an hour and a half drive. The next morning, we are expected to be back on the bus at 6 am for a 10:30 am flight. With great expectations, that we would leave on time without disruption, we traveled back to the airport. Unfortunately, one of the flight attendants, Xyna, had another passenger taken off the flight with her mother. She was 16 years old, the same age as my daughter. (Whose birthday gift was this trip. ) This 16 year old young lady was accused of "rolling her eyes" at Xyna, the fight attendant, who screamed, "this is my flight and im not having this. " the flight attendant seemed unhinged and felt like a bully. We were afraid to make eye contact with her for the duration of the flight, as she might have interpreted any facial distortion as "disrespect." Thus again, the flight was delayed. Might I add, my 26 year old son, who is newly employed, lost a day of work and will not be compensated. The fact that Jetblue sent us an apology note accepting no responsibility for these faux pas, is astounding. We are left to deal with the fall-out of these set of circumstances is very disappointing, after spending thousands of dollars on this trip, using your airline. I believe compensation is in order. My original flight number was ISIDXR and I had reservations in the amount of $237.80 for a one-way ticket for both me and my wife. I had a very bad experience with a blood clot in my leg, and I had to change the date of my flight when I went to change the date and everything was through I wind up getting charge $657.82 originally 237.80 for the flight $40 for the seats $200 for the fees $43 from MX fseats double again ! 56.88 for taxes if you add up all these charges, it comes to 591.56 Not $657.82 I am very disappointed in jetBlue. Please be advised that I go back-and-forth a Florida at a regular basis, and I have five children that come and visit me once a year with the kids and family. They made me get a jetBlue card for many years cause I was using United airlines so I gave it a try and got to JetBlue card. When I had this problem too change the date United Airlines worked with me and even gave me a lower price because it was available If somethings not adjusted with your accounting and as this is the way you treat your customers I have no other choice but to destroy your cards and pay the bill. The customer service that I spoke to in Florida said it was no use talking to anybody. I waited for a long time we no body answering after she put me on hold. My name is Vincent Fiorito and Susan Fiorito,please have somebody get back to me to discuss this problem. I hope you can adjust this billing as of this date I cannot recommend JetBlue for for the flight especially for my family

Long story short I am a Marine Corps vet and flew from LAX to Seattle and purchased the $15 priority security for myself and my wife. At lax I spoke to a jet blue representative and a TSA young lady and both didn't know anything about the jet blue purchase as of where I should go. I tried getting my refund over the phone and was told I should have tried harder to locate the special expeditious lane. Ok...if I asked 2 employees and they could not tell me or guide me to someone that could help me, that's not my fault. Jet blue stated customers should look harder and find the location of the priority line ?? Cmon...there wasn't anything even on my boarding pass or anything stating where this imaginary line was and NO SIGNS AT ALL IN LAX to direct you. I honestly will never fly jet blue again and as a 50 year old male I made it a point to type this frustrating experience. It's not about the $30 I spent, it's the response I was given that it's the customers job to find the location that's not there. If you sell a product please tell your employees where that product is. Shame on you guys for your poor business relations with those that pay their hard earn money to travel.

My fiancé was rushed to the hospital for an emergency operation to remove her appendix and your airline charged me not once but twice to get a credit! This is unheard of that even family and friends said thats not right to do especially since it was an emergency operation. Then to make matters worse we just booked a flight with the credits we had and was still charged extra. We expected more from your airline since we used you all the time and are very unhappy with you and your services! This is unheard of and not right. And we even have your credit cards which we will not be using anymore. Thanks for caring for people who get sick and cant help from traveling due to operations!
