As of February 3,2015 I have had no resolution nor have i heard from anyone representing JetBlue.

My daughter booked my flight on Jet Blue through Orbtiz.Let me start by saying i my family and friends are all true Jet Blue flyers.With that said i purposely booked a 6:30am flight in Westchester airport on Christmas day flying into West Palm Fla.at 9.30am at 400.00 one way to see my grandbabies whom i haven't seen in almost a year open their gifts.At 3:00am on the morning of my daughter just so happened to be tracking the flight lucky for me because they changed from Westchester to JFK without notice which they later told me because i booked through a third party,then why let others do your booking if your not going to be responsible for all parties.Anyway i was told there was a shuttle to JFK so at 4:00am i raced to Westchester to get the shuttle which never left Westchester until 6:30 when my plane was leaving.I finally reach JFK only to stand in line only to be told i missed my original flight and they put me on a plane to Fort Lauderdale leaving at 8:30 finally after technical issues we left the airport at 9:30.We arrived in Fort Lauderdale after 1:00 pm and if my daughter didn't come to get me 30 mins out of her way i would have had to wait another hour and a half for a shuttle to West Palm airport.So Christmas day instead of being with my family i was in airports all day.When i called your company to explain my problem i spoke with 2 of your reps who both assured me the weather was not an issue they were very sympathetic and understanding to my problem then they put me on with your supervisor's i spoke with 2 that boldly lied to me and said in fact it was due to weather and they would gladly refund me 50.00 which i was instantly offended by.The fact that i have severe arthritis and back problems all the stress of Christmas day that should have been spent with my family,was spent in stress,frustration,pain and alone.Thank You Jet Blue ,sincerely once a loyal customer.Nicki Parisi

Unfortunately you made the same mistake that many people do, when they believe that Orbitz, Travelocity, or any of these other on-line ticket places are agents of the airlines. They are not.

They are the same as the brick and mortar travel agents. They represent you, not the airlines.

When you buy a ticket from Orbitz, you are requesting Orbitz to go to JetBlue and buy a ticket for you. Many times when this occurs, the only contact number the airlines has is the travel agent, i.e.

Orbitz. Jetblue probably did not even have your number. The airlines may have notified Orbitz weeks before.

Some of these companies are good at sending the notices on, some are not, and sometimes there are just problems.

It is always best to buy straight from the company, because then they are most able to help you.
