I took flight 277 from Fort Lauderdale to San Francisco and the flight was uncomfortable. Overall, the Boston-based flight crew were rude and unfriendly.

For 90% of the flight they sat in the back laughing and talking loud, ignoring the fact that most passengers were trying to sleep. Next, they huddled in front of the cabin for about 17 minutes at the beginning of the flight gossiping about the customers of whom they clearly had no appreciation for.

Finally?

The entire crew operates like bullies. They nearly knocked over the passengers as they exited the plane

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

So what should the crew do?the passengers Are almost all sleeping so theres nothing for them to do.they cant chat with customers.They cant sleep.cant read or use electronics.Other stare at the wall,what would you like them to do.Especially if it was a redeye or late flight they need to do something to stay awake.This is a common complaint with all airlines.
