Available credit of $127.90 expiring in March 2008 was not showing on my frequent flyer Trueblue website. Instead it was showing as $0.00 available credit. Today, after other credit was added to it, it reappeared as already expired. I complaint about it but they told me it has always been available to me. However, how can I remember it when it is not showing where it is supposed to show. They should not be hiding any available credit till it expires. And also they should not be giving me the round about for 45 minutes till I get tired and quit.

Jet Blue kept over $600 of our money. They sent an email letting us know our credit had expires 2 months after the fact. We can certainly not afford to lose that kind of money. How were we to know it had expired or was due to expire with no previous notice of expiration date. What can a person do about this theft, and that is what it is, of our money?

I, too, lost hundreds of dollars after being told my expired credit could not be retroactively applied.

I lost $300+. So ridiculous! How could any of this be ethical?

:(

I had this exact same problem and was told the same story. Also, "unfortunately, your credit is no longer available and has been taken out of our system. you had one year to use your credit plus a 30 day grace period. this was explained in the terms and agreement that you had to click." unfortunately, how do i know what my expiration date is if i don't get emails or notification that i have credit and cannot find out when it expires? How many people are having this problem? Is there anything we can about it? I lost $400+
